Best experience ever! Bobbies is from far my favorite shoe’s brand for several reasons:
- It is the only brand where I can truly say « I want them all! ». When shopping there, I’m not picking one shoe that I could like among others… but literally trying to eliminate the ones I need the less. Sometimes I do several shops without big convictions and always end up at Bobbies with love at first sight.
- The shoes fits perfectly. Like it is so comfy and always providing a good ‘hold and stay’ feeling… At the end, we are buying shoes because we like them but we are wearing them because they feel good! Perhaps it should be argument one!
- The quality is long lasting. I’ve started at the beginning of the brand (I think as it was 4-5y ago!) and I’m still wearing the first pair I bought. It says it all.
- The price is high enough to provide quality but never too expensive to feel insecure or hesitating. Win-win situation. Happy to sell, happy to buy.
- Then, last but not least, the staff in the shop are precious gems. Always super nice, helping, providing good advices without being insistent or overselling… shops are classy and nice. We are having good time doing shopping at Bobbies (when sometimes it’s not the case with other brands where it looks like war fields and frustrations!)

Great experience at Bobbies Le Marais this weekend. We were looking for my wedding shoes and I got the perfect pair. The shopkeepers were welcoming and helpful. Thank you Pauline for your help!
We bought a beautiful pair of shoes from this store while visiting Paris. My daughter wore them briefly and we noticed that a little bit of the stitching on one side was undone. We had no receipt (the receipt was in the bag but the bag was thrown away when our hotel room was cleaned) and no box. We went back to the store nonetheless to see what they could do. Well despite us not having neither box nor receipt, they went out of their way to accommodate us and made the exchange for another identical pair with perfect stitching. Besides the wonderful service at the store, the shoes are also of great quality and my daughter is looking forward to wearing them for years to come. Merci!

Removing one star only for lack of proactive support as there were only 2 overwhelmed employees and had to wait quite a bit for sizes and guidance.
We found Bobbies on instagram couple of months ago and ordered two gorgeous pairs. Today was our first experience at one of the main store; lovely people, super helpful, friendly and shoes are amazing. Definitely will come back again whenever we are in Paris. P.S: wish you had a branch in London
